Faith-based estate planning, when your family wants it
Alongside my general estate and real estate practice, I help Muslim families build plans that follow Islamic inheritance principles and still hold up in New York and Texas courts. It is an option, not a requirement, and most of my clients come for everyday wills, trusts, and closings.
For families who do want it, I translate the Islamic requirements into documents that courts, banks, and trustees will actually honor, so faith and enforceability work together rather than against each other.
