Bandukra Law
Privacy Policy
You share sensitive information with this office so I can plan well for your family. Here is exactly how that information is handled. Effective July 23, 2026.
What I collect
Through the consultation intake and the client planning worksheet, this site collects the information needed to prepare an estate plan: names and contact details, family information (including children and, where relevant, disability or government-benefit status), religious preferences relevant to faith-based planning, fiduciary nominations, property and financial information, and health-care and burial wishes. Forms also record the submitting device's IP address, which helps prevent abuse of the forms.
How it is used
Everything you submit goes only to Ubaid Bandukra, Esq., and is used solely to prepare for your consultation and, if you engage the firm, to draft your documents. Information from prospective and actual clients is treated in accordance with the confidentiality obligations New York and Texas impose on attorneys, which are stricter than any website privacy policy. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with marketers, and it is not used to train any artificial intelligence system.
Service providers
The site runs on commercial web hosting, form submissions are delivered by email through Apple iCloud mail servers, and consultations are scheduled through Calendly, which collects your name and email under its own privacy policy when you book. Where the firm uses technology tools in preparing documents, they are used under confidentiality-protective settings, as described in the engagement agreement every client signs.
Retention
Intake submissions are automatically deleted from the web server within 180 days. Saved worksheet drafts are deleted within 180 days if never submitted, and within 90 days after submission, because by then your information lives in your confidential client file, not on the web server. Client files themselves are retained as required by professional responsibility rules.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. If basic analytics are enabled, they measure page visits and form completion in aggregate and are never joined to the contents of your submissions.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of anything you submitted through this site by emailing ub@lawub.com or calling 516.284.1313. If you prefer not to use the online forms at all, everything can be handled by phone or in person.
