Ubaid Bandukra, Esq.
An attorney admitted in New York and Texas, with deep roots in real estate that sharpen how I practice.

About the Firm
Bandukra Law is the solo practice of Ubaid Bandukra, Esq. My practice is built around three things I do well: estate planning, including Islamic estate plans that follow Shariah inheritance rules, residential and commercial real estate, and the legal work of small business.
My practice is grounded in years of hands-on work in real estate development and operations, and that depth shapes how I lawyer. I understand the deal and the document, the operator’s incentives and the attorney’s obligations. It is why clients tell me I read a lease, structure a transaction, and plan an estate with an eye most attorneys do not bring.
I earned my J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where I was a Real Estate Fellow with the Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law. I’m admitted to practice in both New York and Texas.
How I Practice
What you can expect
I answer the phone
You work with me directly, start to finish, not a rotating cast of associates and paralegals.
Flat fees where I can
On most matters you’ll know the price before the work starts. No surprise hourly bills.
Straight answers
If you don’t need a service, I’ll tell you. The goal is the right plan, not the biggest engagement.
I take meetings at my office in Oceanside, on the south shore of Long Island, or by Zoom, whichever is easier for you. The first conversation is always free.
